Rules of Play

Lucky Colors is a card game played with 7 cards including the Joker. The object of the game is to get as many cards of one color as possible. The Joker will play as the highest card possible of either color.

How to Play:
  • Game play begins with players placing an Ante bet and optionally placing the “Color Bonus” and “Side Show Bonus” side bets.
  • The player and dealer each receive seven cards (dealer cards are face down).
  • The player\'s highest hand is displayed.
  • Dealer much have 4 Black cards to qualify.
  • Player determines whether to Play or Fold the hand:
    • The player bets 1X Ante if there are 5 or less cards of one color in the hand.
    • The player bets 2X Ante if there are 6 cards of one color in the hand.
    • The player bets 3X Ante if there are 7 cards of one color in the hand.
  • Determining the Winning Hand:
    • The hand with the largest amount of cards in a single color.
    • If count of single color is a tie, Black beats red.
    • If count is a tie in the same color, highest cards in each hand are compared. If still tie, then 2nd highest, 3rd highest, etc., are compared.
Optional Bets:
  • The “Color Bonus” is based on the number of each color of cards that are dealt to the player.
  • The “Side Show Bonus” is optional and is based on the player’s seven card hand against a varying randomly picked event.
